Hi, I'm Myriam. I suffer from CPTSD, panic attacks, and anxiety. I started my journey with Aster not very long ago. I went to her for hope to help me with all of the above, and I didn't know much about hypnosis before, but I was willing to try anything to get me even a little help to deal with all of my mental health problems.  I went to her with no memory of my childhood or my early life, as one of the symptoms of CPTSD. After the third session, I started to gain a bit of peace of my memory.   Now, I have had probably 10 or more sessions with her, and I have already made peace with my inner child and my past life.  Now, we are working on my future and helping with my anxiety.  I could write forever on how much Aster helped me, but I need to keep it brief, so I can only highly recommend starting hypnotherapy with Aster and being a little bit patient to see the results.   Thank you, Aster.
